Lisbon & Porto Holiday

Service rating : I had to rearrange this holiday on three occasions, due to covid. Viva were very understanding & helped me each time I had to reorganise dates etc, giving me options to cancel if required. Very pleasant to deal with and very prompt communication. Highly recommended.
Product : Lisbon & Porto were fantastic cities to visit, made better by all the smooth & accurate travel arrangements from Viva. Good hotel choices too.

Las Vegas & Cancun Holiday

Service rating : As I had never used Viva before, I was a little dubious about booking a two centre holiday to celebrate my niece's 21st birthday. However, the booking process and communication from this team was really good. We had to make a number of changes following the original booking, some right up to the last minute, which they made extremely easy for me to do - sure if I had gone through a larger corporation it wouldnt have been that easy and I would have been charged. I would definitely use Viva again.
Product : This two centre holiday does what it says on the tin and for the price we paid was more than good value for money. We stayed at the Luxor in Vegas which was a little bit out of the main strip which meant alot of walking but the hotel was clean. The Grand Sunset Hotel in Puerto del Carmen was fine - although both hotels could do with providing more umbrella's for shade around the pool areas.

Service rating : Viva Holidays quickly identified and priced the flights, hotel and interim transport for a twin city centre break.
Every aspect of the trip worked extremely smoothly thanks to the detailed planning by Viva staff and the issue of all the documentation.

Service rating : Having originally booked a holiday to St. Petersburg and Moscow in 2019 I had to cancel due to concerns over Covid-19. Viva kindly gave me a voucher to the full value which I used to book the holiday to Italy and Switzerland in 2022. The service I received was excellent with tickets and itinerary arriving in good time.
Product : The holiday package was excellent.

Service rating : Excellent company, Anthony and his team ensured my holiday was perfect. Nothing is too much trouble, they are easy to talk to , and go above and beyond to give you the best experience from booking to departure. I have booked several times and trust their expertise, everything has always gone smoothly, flights, transfers, hotels and all communication. I highly recommend this company.
Product : Everything I expected it to be. The organisation from Viva was excellent, it was so smooth, in particular we really appreciated the transfers from the airports to the hotels, always on time and the drivers were very polite and professional.

Service rating : We had a lovely trip to Philadelphia booked through Viva Holidays.... Everything ran smoothly, the Hotel and Location was perfect and I would definitely book again with Viva Holidays.
